About Me

Hi, I am Lynda and I run The Sussex Afternoon Tea Co. I have lived in a beautiful Sussex village with my two amazing children for the last twenty five years. I started baking when I was small helping in my Nan’s kitchen. My children and others have been telling me for a great number of years that I need to share my baking beyond friends and family. I love where I live and I love baking – hence The Sussex Afternoon Tea Co was born. Both my father and my daughter are coeliac so I have experimented over the years with gluten free products and am proud to offer gluten free afternoon teas which can be enjoyed and not just thrown together as an afterthought. Traditional afternoon tea is a great treat and I enjoy delivering these homemade treats to my customers to enjoy in their own surroundings.
